This was one eventful weekend!
On Friday we did a little Christmas shopping and then came home and watched the movie Inside Out. It was our first time seeing it and we didn't exactly love it, but it's okay because we got it with a free Redbox coupon.
 On Saturday, Baby B and I did a little Christmas decorating. I usually wait until after Thanksgiving, but this year I wanted to be able to enjoy them before we go out West for the holidays. While putting away the decoration totes, I fell and hit my toe. I thought I broke it. We ended up going to the doctor to make sure it was okay and it ended up only being a sprain- thank goodness!
After that, we hung out and organized our "junk" closet. I love organizing, so it was great to get rid of so much stuff!
On Sunday, we went to church and relaxed at home! I can't believe it's Thanksgiving week! Yay for the holidays!

Now on to Friday Finds! My friend texted me last week to see if I had seen the new Lauren Conrad line at Kohl's. I hadn't looked at it yet, and since some of you may not have either I decided to share what I found earlier this week!

I love the layer of lace on the front! This is an awesome sweater because it's thick enough to keep you warm but light enough that you aren't dying of heat in it. I usually get warm easily so I really like finding lightweight sweaters like this one. This was on clearance so I got it for under $10!

This is another lightweight sweater, but with a much bigger price tag! I have a similar sweater with this floral pattern. I do like the fabric around the bottom! It would look so cute with jeans!

When my friend texted me last week she sent a picture with this skirt and shirt and I had to try them on too! I don't love the shirt with this skirt, but I do love the skirt! I don't know where I would wear it but it's so girly!

This is a great high-low shirt. I really liked it!

Doesn't this outfit just say "comfortable!" I like the floral print on the leggings and the lace on the sweater, but I probably would never wear this out in public.

Friday Finds {Kohl's}

You might remember this chambray shirt from a few weeks ago. This shirt fits the exact same way and it's the perfect plaid shirt without feeling too much like a lumber jack:)

This jacket caught my eye and can go with anything! It seems like a great jacket for Fall! It is pretty similar to the jackets I found last week at Target, but the sleeves are a sweater material.

So I have mixed emotions about this shirt. The front looks a little boxy, but I love how it looks from the side! What do you think?

 I thought that this shirt was the wrong size when I put it on, I was wrong! It's just supposed to be shorter, as shown by the model on the website. I don't like it, but I wanted your thoughts on it! I am wearing it under the jacket above and I thought that looked cute with the lace poking out!

I think this dress is cute and they have more options online that I love, especially the blue one! Plus it's on sale!

Friday Finds {Kohl's}

Happy, happy Friday!!! All of my Thursdays in August have been really busy, because of that I have been loving Fridays. I can be at home and not have to do anything or go anywhere! (I still do lots of things but it's a lot more chill.) 

This week I went to Kohl's twice, which was bad because I bought clothes each trip. They are having their 20% off clearance prices until tomorrow (the 29th), so I got some great deals on a few items below. 

I went back the next day because I bought a chambray shirt for a good price online; it has to do with a project that I'm working on for you guys. Anyways, I had to pick it up at the store. While I was there, I decided to look at the toddler section because Baby B is in need of some pajamas. Side note: PJ's are sooo hard to find in bigger sizes (12-24 months) and Kohl's had a great selection that day, plus they were all 65% off! WooHoo! I definitely stocked up!

I ended up buying this shirt, it was about $6. I like it because I don't have to wear an undershirt with it and it's a great Fall sweater!

I also bought this pineapple shirt! It was only $3 or $4 and I couldn't pass it up! I wanted to have some jeans to try some of the tops on with, so I grabbed these and they are really comfortable and I like the color of them.

I have been on the hunt for a chambray shirt for a while and I finally found one that was a good color, fit, and price! The RetailMeNot app had an additional coupon I used on it which made it an even better deal.

Friday Finds: {Kohl's}

Today is my 25th birthday! I found my first gray hairs earlier this week and it was a little depressing! I was once told that you only feel old if you think that you are, so I'm trying to stay positive!:)  

I found some cute things at Kohl's this week! Taking pictures of everything got a little crazy with it being close to Baby B's nap time, him bumping his head, and people returning phone calls In the middle of it all. 

I love this skirt and hopefully I can get it once it goes on clearance. I think the shirt looks better in person, but it was really comfortable.
