It's been a little quiet over here on the blog and in our lives in general. We don't have anything exciting going on right now (except for B having the flu) and I'm fine with that because the next few months are going to be busy ones!
With that being said, here's a look at our month with What's Up Wednesday and of course I'm linking up with Shay, Sheaffer, and Mel!

What we're eating this week: I made this Eclair Cake on Sunday and it was a hit! B has requested tacos and tortellini for dinner so I'm sure those will be on the menu sometime this week!
What I'm reminiscing about: A year ago we visited Boston for the first time and I was dreading moving here. Fast forward a year and we love it here and are so grateful for this adventure!
What I'm loving: Being able to put my hair in a ponytail! I'll put a picture on Instagram soon!
What we've been up to: Laundry with my little helper, taking down the Valentine's decor, and sanitizing the apartment- we are tired of being sick!

What I'm working on: Eating healthier! I asked my friend to write up a meal plan for me and I've been trying to stick to it. It's tough!
What I'm watching: NCIS and The Bachelor! It's the first time in a while I haven't looked at spoilers for The Bachelor, so I'm excited for the finale!
What I'm reading: Royal Target by Traci Hunter Abramson - Such a good, easy read! I just started As You Are and it's been great as well!
What I'm listening to: The Greatest Showman (still:)) and Marco Polos- I have LOVED this app for staying in touch with friends!
What I'm wearing: It's still winter over here, so lots of sweaters, long sleeves, and boots!
Ignore Baby E sleeping on the floor. He would not wake up when checking out at the store! haha
What I'm doing this weekend: We don't have anything planned and sometimes those are the best kind of weekends!
What I'm looking forward to next month: Hopefully being outside more and more sunny days!
What else is new: Nothing I can think of!
What's your family's favorite spring break destination? We love going to the beach or visiting different states! This year we have a fun trip planned in April that I can't wait to tell you about!
