Work it out!

I usually go to the local YMCA 3-4 times a week to take fitness classes like RIPPED, Body Pump, and Zumba Toning. Baby B has been sick with all of that junk that goes around this time of year, so we have been staying home to get him fully recovered!

Without being able to go to the gym, I have been doing workouts from Popsugar Fitness' YouTube channel and they are awesome! I still get sore doing their videos, just as if I had gone to a class at the gym.

Here's some great workouts I have done this week.
