Exploring Boston {Day 1}

A couple days after moving to Boston, we took a break from unpacking and got a Boston Go pass for two days. They have these passes for any major city. You pay a set price and get to do a long list of things without paying more. We ended up doing about $175 worth of things for half the price!

The first thing we did was take a trolley tour around the city!

We got off at the state capitol and Boston Commons and walked the Freedom Trail for a while.

This is what Baby E thought of the freedom trail;) We stopped at the aquarium and explored inside and cooled off. It was unusually hot the two days we toured Boston, which made it a little miserable.

Touching sting rays

A huge sea turtle!

Our next stop was Paul Revere's House! It's the oldest remaining building in Boston because they have been tearing down different parts of the city and rebuilding them.

I was impressed by how big it was especially considering the fact that it was built in 1680!

Then we took a Harbor Cruise. This was my favorite because they told you the history of the building of Boston plus you got a different view of the city from the water!

We finished the day by eating Boston Cream Pies and riding the Trolley to Little Italy where we ate at one of over 80 different Italian restaurants!

Day 2 will be up tomorrow!
