Weekend & Target Beauty Box

This weekend we decided to definitely go home to Idaho this summer! I'm so excited to be around family!
Now we need to find great deals on plane tickets:)

We also took a trip to DC to go the temple, which is about two hours away, and Baby B got carsick on the way there. Not fun to clean up!

We had a good, short visit there and headed back home for my husband to study for finals and for me to head to a much needed girl's night!

I love Sunday's because my husband doesn't study and so he's all ours! We went to church, took naps, face timed our families, and ate yummy food!

***Target Beauty Box***

I have always wanted to order a beauty box because it looked so fun to get random beauty samples in the mail. The problem is that most of them are a little to expensive for my budget.  I was online earlier this month and saw that Target came out with their spring beauty box and it was only $5 with free shipping! That I can handle!

There were five great products in this box. It came with this card on what and how each product works, which I have written above each picture of the product. It also came with a coupon!

1) SheaMoisture Superfruit Complex 10-in-1 Renewal System Shampoo
What- Sulfate-free, antioxidant-rich shampoo helps to renew vibrancy for dull, lackluster hair.
How- Apply to wet hair and massage into a rich lather. Rinse.
I liked the smell of this shampoo but I probably won't ever buy it because I love using purple shampoo to lighten my blonde hair.

2)Neutrogena Hydro Boost Gel Cream
What- Non-greasy, skin-quencher instantly absorbs like a gel, but intensely moisturizes like a cream.
How- Apply to clean skin, patting gently and evenly across your face and neck.
This product has worked great for my skin. Usually I have flaky skin by the afternoon, but either this product or the makeup setting spray has stopped that.

3) Maybelline Color Elixir by Color Sensational Lip Color- Full Size
What- A trio of concentrates delivers the color of a lipstick, the care of a balm, and the shine of a gloss.
How- Using the applicator wand, start in the center and work your way out, following the lines of your lips.
I love this lip gloss and my Husband does too! Usually lip gloss is too sticky, so my husband doesn't like kissing me when I have it on, but this one is more creamy, lasts a long time, and is good for kissing!

4)TRESemme TRES Two Extra Hold Hairspray
What- Achieve maximum hold without stiffness or stickiness. Sprays on dry.
How-  Hold can 6 inches from hair and spray desired area for flexible hold.
I don't love the smell of this hairspray, but it worked well.

5)L'Oreal Paris Infallible Pro-Spray & Set
What- A lightweight spray that locks-in your makeup for all-day extended wear.
How- Shake bottle and hold 6 inches from your face to lightly mist over lips, eyes and face.
I had been looking for a makeup setting spray, so I was very happy this was in the box. I have sprayed this on after applying my makeup and then I'll take a nap later in the day and my makeup will still look great!

I will definitely be buying the next Target Beauty Box!
